The Town of Durham is looking for a part-time cleaner to clean municipal buildings.

Cleans rooms, including dust mopping, damp mopping, sweeping, vacuuming, dusting, picking up large objects off the floor, and spot cleaning glass and windows.
Cleans restrooms, including restocking dispensers, emptying trash, cleaning and sanitizing fixtures, cleaning mirrors, spot cleaning partition doors and walls, sweeping and mopping tile floors, and cleaning toilets and urinals.
Uses bleach and other disinfectants to disinfect and sanitize rooms and restrooms.
Empties trash cans and replaces liners.
Maintains cleaning equipment and supplies.
Adheres to sanitation guidelines.

10 hours a week split between the Town Office, Public Works and the Eureka Community Center. Work hours are flexible, however must be done during non-business hours. Working weekends, early mornings or nights preferred.

Knows how to clean, disinfect, and sanitize. And have strong time management skills.
