The Town would like to inform residents that we will be transitioning to automated roadside trash pickup in the March/April timeframe.

Trash haulers are increasingly adopting automated collection, a modern approach already used successfully by neighboring communities, including Pownal and North Yarmouth. These communities have seen improved service reliability and safer operations as a result.

As our town moves closer to implementation, residents will receive additional information, including timelines, container details, and placement guidelines. To stay informed and receive the most up-to-date information, we strongly encourage residents to:
